Local 21 extends its deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Charles Bell, who passed away on Friday, July 19. Chuck worked for the Fire Department as a Building Repairer for 13+ years and retired on April 27, 2018. Prior to that, he worked for 22+ years for the Police Department.
Visitation for Chuck will be held on Sunday, August 11 from 1:00-4:00 pm at the Cremation Society of Minnesota at 1979 Old Hudson Road in Saint Paul.
