 Local 21 regrets to announce the passing of retired Firefighter Arthur Schmugge.
Firefighter Schmugge started witht Saint Paul Fire Department on January 01, 1951 and retired in 1987. Art spent most of his career assigned to Engine Company 13.
Art passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 98.
