It is with our deepest sympathies that Local 21 regrets to announce the untimely passing of Firefighter Thomas McDonough, Jr.

Tommy started with the Saint Paul Fire Department on April 20, 2015, following in the footsteps of his Father, Chief Tom McDonough, Sr. (ret.)  Tommy was proud to be a Saint Paul Firefighter and we are blessed to be able to call him our Brother.  He was beloved by all that were fortunate to know him.  Soft spoken, hard worker, huge heart and always greeted you with a smile on his face.  Tommy was an excellent firefighter and a very special part of his crew at Engine Company 09.

He will be greatly missed by all of our Local 21 members, the Saint Paul Fire Department and most importantly, his friends and family.
