Join Saint Paul Firefighters IAFF Local 21 at Mayor Carter's 2024 Budget Address tomorrow, August 10th at the new Civic Plaza at Highland Bridge. The Saint Paul Fire Department's strategic plan calls for the investment of 18 sworn firefighters by the end of 2023. Year to date, the Saint Paul Fire Department has seen ZERO increase in sworn firefighter staffing despite surging 911 call volume. Tomorrow's event is the Mayor's opportunity to deliver and IAFF Local 21 is asking EVERYONE to be present to witness it. The weather looks great and we are looking forward to seeing you there!
