This morning the Minnesota Professional Fire Fighters at their 87th convention in Austin, MN, made it their first order of business to historically confer upon our brother, Christopher J. Parsons, the honor of President Emeritus.  Chris' mother was in attendance to receive the award.  Chris became the first President Emeritus of the organization and his legacy is now officially minted in the MPFF Constitution and Bylaws.  Saint Paul Firefighters IAFF Local 21 had the distinct privilege of nominating Brother Parsons and we will never forget him.
